Damaged Items, Returns & Exchanges:

I want you to be happy with the products you receive!  If you receive a damaged item or the wrong item in your order, please let me know immediately so I can remedy the situation.

All sales of handcrafted aromatherapy products, essential oils, essences and custom blends are final.  Once these items have left my studio, I cannot put a guarantee on the condition or purity of the product to restock it.  Please order smaller sizes to be sure of your selection before ordering larger sizes.

A Special Note on Product Consistency and Quality:

I do my best to offer and use only exceptional quality essential oils and ingredients in my products.  The aromas and textures may vary from batch to batch since these are products of nature subject to local growing conditions.  Natural variances are to be expected and embraced!  The ingredients I use are not standardized or adulterated.  I look for essential oils and other ingredients that are grown, harvested and processed with care and in ways that are not harmful to Mother Earth, humans or endangering to a plant species.  I use mainly organic or ethically wild harvested essential oils distilled by small producers.

Pricing is subject to change without notice because of market fluctuations of ingredients.
